A Little Indulgence Spirits
Although some people have always abused spirits (alcohol); spirits have played a part in many cultures since the beginning our world. Alcohol has been used in religious ceremonies; although a few religions have banned its use. Some alcoholic beverages contain important nutrients and are a source of calories. Some contain high levels of carbohydrates, fat and protein. In the past Alcohol was served as a thirst quencher due to pollution of water supplies.
